1. Short title, extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act. 1995. (2) It shall come into force from the date as the State Government by notification in the Bihar Gazette may appoint. (3) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
