Section 8. Power of Government to amend Schedule

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, s.174; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
8. Power of Government to amend Schedule :- The Government may, by notification, add to or delete any entry in the schedule or amend or alter or revise rate(s) of tax, in the schedule appended to this Act.
