Section 21. Manufacture and sale of liquor in or near cantonments

21. Manufacture and sale of liquor in or near cantonments Within the limits of any military cantonment and within such distance from those limits as the Central Government may in any case prescribe, no licence for the manufacture or sale of liquor shall be granted, except with the previous consent of the Commanding officer.
