Section 134 Power of Zila Parishad to make regulations - (1) A Zila Parishad may subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and with the previous sanction of the Government, by notification, make regulation with a view to carry out the purposes of this Act in so far as it relates to its powers and duties. (2) The regulations made under sub - section (1) shall be subject to the condition of previous publication and such publication shall be in such manner as may be prescribed.
