Section 147 Record, etc. of the Panchayat may be inspected:- Subject to the rules made under this Act and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed, the records of the Panchayat and its any committee may be examined by the persons who desire to do so, and certified copies thereof shall be supplied to the persons who apply therefore, on payment of such fees, as may be prescribed.
