Section 54 Election of Adhyaksha and Upadhyaksha of Zila Parishad - The prescribed Authority, as soon as possible after the election of the members of the Zila Parishad, shall convene a meeting of the elected members of the Parishad to elect its Adhyaksha and Upadhyaksha.
