Section 95 1) Power of the State Government to regulate taxes - The State Government may make rules for regulation of imposition, assessment, collection and distribution of the shares of the taxes under section (93). 2) Any objection regarding any assessment shall be entertained only in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder and not otherwise, and liability of a person for his being assessed or taxed shall be questionable under this Act or under the provisions made thereunder, not otherwise.
