Section 36. Appointment of First Registrar

36. Appointment of First Registrar Notwithstanding anything contained in section 13, the first Registrar shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after the commencement of the Act for a period not exceeding three years and on such conditions as the State Government thinks fit.
