35.Variation in programme and budget.—The Board may ,at any time vary any programme of any part thereof: Provided that if the variation of any housing scheme /schemes involves any expenditure in excess of ten per cent of the amount as originally sanctioned for the execution of the scheme/schemes or if it effects its /their scope or purpose ,such variation shall be done by following provisions under section 31to 33.
