This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, s.174; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
20. Exemption - Subject of such conditions and restrictions, the State Government may specify, by notification, exempt any person or class of persons from payment of tax payable under section 3 or section 4 of this Act.
