This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, s.174; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
25. Refund – Any amount paid by the proprietor in excess of amount finally determined either on assessment under section 9 or on an order in appeal, revision or review shall be refunded to him in the manner prescribed.
