Section 22. Notifying the fair rates until notified by the prescribed authority.

22. Till such time, the prescribed authority does not notify the fair rates and the number of lodgers to be accommodated in each room, as required under Sections 19 and 20, the tourism unit operator or the travel agent or the guide or the adventure sports operator, as the case may be, shall notify the fair rates and intimate the same to the prescribed authority by 31st July each year and separate rates may be fixed for "season" and "off- season" periods and such rates shall be effective from 1st October of that year till 30th September of the following year.
