Section 48. Renewal of certificate

48. The tourism unit operator or travel agent or guide or adventure sports operator, as the case may be, registered under this Act shall get renewed the registration certificate after a period of three years from the date of issuance of registration certificate by the prescribed authority and shall also pay renewal license fee as may be prescribed.
