Section 50. Proceedings before the prescribed authority to be judicial proceedings. The Jharkhand Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2015

50. All proceedings before the prescribed authority under this Act shall be deemed to be judicial proceedings for the purposes of Sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
