1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the 2[Karnataka]2 Agricultural Produce Marketing 3[(Regulation and development)]3 Act, 1966. (2) It extends to the whole of the 1[State of Karnataka.]1 (3) It shall come into force on such 1[date]1 as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
