Power of the Government to give direction to the market committee, private market licensee and farmer - consumer licensee.-The State Government may give such directions to the market committee, private market licensee and farmer - consumer market licensee as in its opinion are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Act and it shall be the duty of such market committee, private market licensee and farmer-consumer market licensee, as the case may be, to comply with such directions.]1
