131. Recovery of sums due to Government from market committee or Board.- Every sum due from a market committee or the Board to the State Government shall be paid by the person in charge of the fund of the market committee or Board on receipt of a requisition from the 1[Director of Agricultural Marketing]1 or the State Government.
