Reservation of posts in appointments.- In making appointments, the market committee shall reserve adequate number of posts for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and the socially and educationally backward classes of citizens in the same manner and to the same extent as is made by the Government for the recruitment to posts in the State Civil Services.]1
