12. Officers of the University.- The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:- (i) The Visitor (ii) The Pro-Visitor (iii) The Chancellor (iv) The Vice-Chancellor (v) The Pro-Vice-Chancellor (vi) The Registrar (vii) The Finance Officer, and (viii) Such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be Officers of the University
