THE KARNATAKA APPELLATE TRIBUNAL ACT, 1976
2. Definitions.- In this Act unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) “member” means a member of the Tribunal; (b) “Tribunal” means the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal constituted under section 3.
