Section 9. Finality of the orders of the Tribunal.

9. Finality of the orders of the Tribunal.- Notwithstanding anything contained in any law, but subject to the provisions of 1[sections 8 and 8A]1, every decision of the Tribunal shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.
