10. Disabilities for continuing as member.—If any member, during the period for which he has been nominated or elected,- (a) absents himself, without excuse sufficient in the opinion of the State Government, from three consecutive ordinary meetings of the Board, or (b) in the case of a member elected under clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 3, ceases to be a registered practitioner, or (c) becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 9; - the State Government shall declare his office to be vacant.
