Section 13. Appointment of consultants.

13. Appointment of 1[consultants]1.—The Board may, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by 1[regulations]1, from time to time, appoint qualified persons to be 1[consultants]1 to the Board and pay them such remuneration as it thinks proper.
