Section 169. Payment of taxes and filing of self-assessed returns for the payment of entertainment tax.

169. Payment of taxes and filing of self-assessed returns for the payment of entertainment tax.- (1) Every proprietor of entertainment shall submit such returns to the Chief Commissioner within such periods of time as prescribed under the Rules. (2) The details to be provided in the returns under sub section (1) by each type of proprietor of entertainment shall be prescribed under the Rules.
