Section 214. Minimum width of new public streets.

214. Minimum width of new public streets.-The Chief Commissioner shall, from time to time, specify the minimum width of different public streets according to the nature of the traffic likely to be carried thereon, and the streets with which they join at one or both ends, the localities in which they are situated and other similar considerations.
