Section 3. Corporation Authorities.

This Act was repealed on 15 May 2025 by the Greater Bengaluru Governance Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act 36 of 2025), s.361(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3. Corporation Authorities.-The following shall be the Authorities of the Corporation who shall carry out the provisions of the Act, namely:- (a) the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) (b) the Mayor (c) the Chief Commissioner (d) the Zonal Commissioner (e) the Zonal Committees (f) the Standing Committees (g) the Ward Committees (h) Area Sabhas
