Section 319. Sanction of bye-laws by the Government.

This Act was repealed on 15 May 2025 by the Greater Bengaluru Governance Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act 36 of 2025), s.361(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
319. Sanction of bye-laws by the Government.-No bye-law made by the corporation under this Act shall have any validity unless and until it is sanctioned by the Government: Provided that, if the sanction is not accorded within one month the bye-laws shall be deemed to have been sanctioned.
