Section 374. Matters not subject to investigation.

This Act was repealed on 15 May 2025 by the Greater Bengaluru Governance Act, 2024 (Karnataka Act 36 of 2025), s.361(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
374. Matters not subject to investigation.- The Grievance Redressal Authority shall not investigate any matter,- (i) which the Lokayukta or the uplokayukta is investigating under the provisions of the Karnataka Lokayukta Act, 1984 (Karnataka Act 4 of 1985); or (ii) which is being investigated by a Competent Authority under any provisions of the Central Act or State enactments.
