Section 4. Control of pounds and charge for feeding and watering cattle .

4. Control of pounds and charge for feeding and watering cattle .- The pounds established under section 3 shall be under the control of the District Magistrate who shall fix, from time to time, by notification, the rates of charge for feeding and watering the impounded cattle.
