36. The Ombudsman.- (1) The Sponsoring Body shall nominate an outstanding person as an Ombudsman for the University to overview the operations of the University through a suitable feedback mechanism. The Ombudsman shall ensure the efforts of the University towards the key values of integrity, impartiality, transparency, equity and justice. (2)The functions and the term of office of the Ombudsman shall be such as specified in the statues.
