85. Mortgages executed in favour of 1[Agriculture and Rural Development Bank]1 to stand vested in 1[State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank]1 .- The mortgages executed in favour of, and all other assets transferred to an 1[Agriculture and Rural Development Bank]1 by the members thereof shall, with effect from the date of such execution or transfer, be deemed to have been transferred by such 1[Agriculture and Rural Development Bank]1 to the 1[State Agriculture and Rural Development Bank]1 and shall vest in the Trustee.
