28-B. Non-Compliance of Court Order.- (1) Every Department with the assistance of the designated officer shall prepare a fortnightly report containing number of orders which are not complied within specified period and those orders which are complied with within such period. (2) For non-compliance of the orders, the reasons shall be assigned in respect of each case to be placed before the head of the Department for further processing towards the compliance.]1
