Section 1. Short title and commencement. THE KARNATAKA ECONOMIC OFFENCES (INAPPLICABILITY OF LIMITATION) ACT, 1981.

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Economic Offences (Inapplicability of Limitation) Act, 1981.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
