THE KARNATAKA EDUCATION ACT, 1983
95. Court Fee.- Notwithstanding anything in the Karnataka Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1958, every appeal to the Tribunal shall bear a court fee stamp of rupees twenty-five.
