Section 60. Repeal and Savings .

60. Repeal and Savings .- (1) The Karnataka Electricity Reform Ordinance , 1999 (Karnataka Ordinance 3 of 1999) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
