Section 71F. Property confiscated when to vest in Government.

71F. Property confiscated when to vest in Government.—When an order for confiscation of any property has been passed under section 71A or section 71C 1[or section 71D]1 and such order has become final in respect of the whole or any portion of such property, such property or portion thereof, 1[or if it has been sold under sub-section (3) of section 71A, the sale proceeds thereof]1 as the case may be, shall vest in the State Government free from all encumbrances.]1
