Section 23. Order as to corrupt practices.

23. Order as to corrupt practices.- The corrupt practices referred to in section 22 shall entail disqualification for membership of any local authority for a period of five years counting from the date on which the finding of 2[1[the Designated Court]1]2 as to such practices takes effect under this Act.
