Section 33. Suits on behalf of notified institutions.

1[33. Suits on behalf of notified institutions.- Where it is necessary to institute a suit or appeal or proceedings in any Court of law or authority , the Committee of Management or the executive Officer duly authorized by the committee of management may file the suit by engaging Counsel with the prior approval of the prescribed Authority: Provided that if the Committee of Management fails to file a suit or an appeal, the Assistant Commissioner shall file the same with the approval of the prescribed Authority.]1
