Section 1. Short title and extent. THE KARNATAKA HOME GUARDS ACT, 1962

1. Short title and extent.—(1) This Act may be called the 1[Karnataka]1 Home Guards Act, 1962.
(2) It extends to the whole of the 1[State of Karnataka]1 .
