15. Amendment of 1[Karnataka Act]1 4 of 1957.—In section 3 of the 1[Karnataka]1 Legislature (Prevention of Disqualification) Act, 1956, after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:— “(bb) the office of a member of the Home Guards constituted under the 1[Karnataka]1 Home Guards Act, 1962;”
