Section 8. Resignation.

8. Resignation.—(1) Any member may at any time resign his office by a letter addressed to the President. (2) The President, if appointed by the State Government, may at any time resign his office by a letter addressed to the State Government. If the President is elected, he may resign his office by a letter addressed to the Board.
