Section 52. Recovery of surcharge and charge how made.

52. Recovery of surcharge and charge how made.- (1) The amount surcharged or charged shall be paid by the person concerned within one month from the date of communication of the order under section 51, into the treasury or bank holding the funds of the Board. (2) The said sum, if not so paid, shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
