Section 43. Exemption of stamp duty and fees.

43. Exemption of stamp duty and fees.- No award or agreement or contract made or executed under this Act, or under any rule or regulation made thereunder shall be chargeable with duty under the 1[Karnataka]1 Stamp Act, 1957, or fees under the Indian Registration Act, 1908.
