Section 25. Power to make regulations.

25. Power to make regulations.- The Board may with prior approval of the State Government make regulations consistent with this Act and rules made under this Act, such regulations shall provide,- (a) for regulating its procedure and the disposal of its business; and (b) for such other matters as may be deemed necessary.
