Section 31. Board of Studies.

31. Board of Studies.- (1) There shall be a Board of Studies for every subject or group of subjects as may be prescribed by the Ordinances. (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1) the constitution, functions and powers of the Board of Studies shall be as prescribed by the Statutes.
