Section 76. Repeal and Savings.

76. Repeal and Savings.- (1) The Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Ordinace, 2011( Karnataka Ordinance No. 1 of 2011) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
