Section 17. Mode of recovery of sums payable into Fund, etc.

17. Mode of recovery of sums payable into Fund, etc.-Any sum payable into the Fund under this Act shall, without prejudice to any other mode of recovery, be recoverable on behalf of the Board as arrears of land revenue.
