Section 10. Officers and other employees of the Authority.
THE KARNATAKA LAKE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 2014
This Act was repealed on 26 March 2018 by the Karnataka Tank Conservation and Development Authority and Certain Other Law (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Karnataka Act 15 of 2018), s.19; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10. Officers and other employees of the Authority.- (1) The Government shall provide to the Authority with such officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient discharge of the functions of the Authority. (2) The method of recruitment, the salaries and allowances payable to and other terms and conditions of service of the officers and other employees appointed for the purpose of the Authority shall be such as may be prescribed.
