Section 22. Order of confiscation not to interfere with other punishments.

This Act was repealed on 26 March 2018 by the Karnataka Tank Conservation and Development Authority and Certain Other Law (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Karnataka Act 15 of 2018), s.19; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
22. Order of confiscation not to interfere with other punishments.- The order of any confiscation under section 18 or 20 or 21 shall not prevent the infliction of any punishment to which the person prosecuted thereby is liable, under this Act.
