Section 110. Certain lands to be not exempt from certain provisions.

110. Certain lands to be not exempt from certain provisions.—The State Government may, by notification, direct that any land referred to in 1[sections 107 and 108]1, shall not be exempt from such of the provisions of this Act from which they have been exempted under the said sections.
